Return Policy
Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
We have a no return policy, unless item is damaged or incorrect. We have a 4 days return policy on incorrect or damaged items.
We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returns as they go directly into processing once the order has been placed.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via the contact page within 4 days of delivery to fix any issues or concerns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
All sales are final unless there is a mistake on my end and then of course a refund will be issued! Please email gmail.com for any concerns! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at gmail . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Legally, by pressing the checkout button you are agreeing to the aforementioned terms and conditions. All sales are final. Please be mindful of putting the correct address, any promo codes, and correct credit card information. We are NOT responsible for customer input error. Promos cannot be added after an order has been processed.
